Atlanthal ****, l\u2019h\u00f4tel Les Terrasses ***, Ibis Styles Biarritz Plage, l’H\u00f4tel Le Bayonne **** et les h\u00f4tels IBIS de Ciboure et de Bayonne, sont ouverts toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/p>

  • All our prices are net, including taxes and services. Taxes, drinks and personal expenses not included. Thalassotherapy rates (without accommodation) are valid all year round.<\/li>
  • We advise you to book your stay one month in advance. As soon as you have paid a deposit of 30 % of the total cost of your stay, you will receive written confirmation of your appointment for the entry medical examination.<\/li>
  • Our cancellation policy: Up to 28 days before arrival no cancellation charge - From 27 to 21 days before arrival 25 % of the stay - From 20 to 8 days before arrival 50 % of the stay - From 7 to 2 days before arrival 75 % of the stay. From 2 days to the day of arrival 100 % of the stay.<\/li>
  • Meals not taken (breakfast, lunch and\/or dinner) are not deducted from the package. In the event of a contraindication at the entry medical examination, the deposit will be refunded in full.<\/li>
  • 30% deposit will be required to confirm your stay within 24 hours. Without this, the booking will be automatically cancelled. The compulsory 26 \u20ac medical visit must be paid directly to the medical secretariat.<\/li>
  • Payment for cures without accommodation must be made on the first day of the cure.
    In the event of a dispute, the Mediator of the French Republic may be appointed by the court with territorial jurisdiction.<\/li>
  • For all payments by cheque, proof of identity will be required. Our establishment undertakes to destroy a photocopy of this once the cheque has been cashed and the amount credited to our company's account.<\/li><\/ul>

    PRACTICAL INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>

    • Please note that a medical examination is compulsory. If you do not have one, please provide us with a certificate of fitness for thalassotherapy less than 3 months old, with a description of the treatments recommended by the attending physician.<\/li>
    • Our facilities are designed to be accessible to disabled people. For thalassotherapy, it is advisable to contact our doctor to help organise your treatment.<\/li><\/ul>

      • Cardiovascular diseases, recent vascular diseases, infectious diseases, allergy to iodine, endocrine diseases, skin diseases, cancerous diseases, psychiatric disorders, general immunological deficiencies.<\/li><\/ul>

        • Belha Collection processes personal data for which it is responsible.<\/li>
        • Belha Collection\u00a0collectent que les renseignement identifi\u00e9s comme obligatoire, pour pouvoir enregistrer de r\u00e9servation, g\u00e9rer la participation du client au programme de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 et g\u00e9rer les r\u00e9clamations de ce dernier.<\/li>
        • The information processed is intended for Belha Collection, its entities, its partners, its service providers (in particular online payment service providers) and its hotels.<\/li>
        • Le client peut autoriser Belha Collection\u00a0\u00e0 communiquer ses donn\u00e9es personnelles \u00e0 des tiers dans le respect de la Charte clients de protection des donn\u00e9es personnelles.<\/li>
        • En particulier lors du paiement en ligne, les coordonn\u00e9es bancaires du client devront \u00eatre transmises par le prestataire de paiement Paybox \u00e0 la banque de l\u2019h\u00f4tel, pour l\u2019ex\u00e9cution du contrat de r\u00e9servation h\u00f4teli\u00e8re. Cependant, le client consent \u00e0 ce transfert n\u00e9cessaire pour l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de sa r\u00e9servation. Paybox, en leur qualit\u00e9 de professionnel, se sont engag\u00e9s vis-\u00e0-vis de Belha Collection\u00a0\u00e0 prendre toutes les mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de respect de la confidentialit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es pour lesdits transferts de donn\u00e9es.<\/li>
        • Le client dispose d’un droit d’opposition pour motif l\u00e9gitime, d’un droit d’interrogation, d’acc\u00e8s et de rectification des donn\u00e9es personnelles le concernant en \u00e9crivant \u00e0 donneespersonnelles@biarritz-thalasso.com . Belha Collection\u00a0est notamment susceptible d’adresser par courrier \u00e9lectronique \u00e0 ses clients sa \u00ab\u00a0newsletter\u00a0\u00bb (lettre d’information), des offres promotionnelles, un questionnaire de satisfaction suite \u00e0 un s\u00e9jour h\u00f4telier, en mettant \u00e0 la disposition du client un lien de d\u00e9sabonnement figurant au bas de chaque courrier \u00e9lectronique de prospection commerciale.<\/li>
